Orders

Delivery
Products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

For international deliveries or deliveries to French overseas departments and territories, La Botte Chantilly uses the services of Chronopost and Colissimo.
If you have chosen the ‘Click & collect’ option, please go to the shop you have selected with your ID and order confirmation.
The customer will be responsible for checking the items upon delivery and to make any reservations and complaints which seem justified, or even refuse the parcel if it is likely to have been opened or if there are clear signs of damage. Any reservations and complaints must be sent to La Botte Chantilly by email or by registered letter within 15 days.
Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax, and do not include delivery fees.
La Botte Chantilly reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will nevertheless be billed based on the current rates when the order is placed. All products remain property of La Botte Chantilly until full payment of their price. A bill will be established by the vendor and transferred to the client upon delivery of the products ordered.
If you place an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned.
The customer is responsible for these taxes and duties, for both declaration and payment to the authorities qualified organisms in the relevant country.
